Common use of MADP Rights Clause in Contracts

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 21, Attachment B (R2) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R3) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R3) hereto.

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 2124, Attachment B (R2R5) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R3R6) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R3R6) hereto.

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 2126, Attachment B (R2R7) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R3R8) attached hereto and hereby made part of incorporated into the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R3R8) hereto.

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 21SA22, Attachment B (R2R3) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R3R4) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R3R4) hereto.

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 2123, Attachment B (R2R4) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R3R5) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R3R5) hereto.
