Common use of MADP Rights Clause in Contracts

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 23, Attachment B (R4) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R5) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R5) hereto.

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 2321, Attachment B (R4R2) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R5R3) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R5R3) hereto.

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 2324, Attachment B (R4R5) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R5R6) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R5R6) hereto.

MADP Rights. Pursuant to SA 2326, Attachment B (R4R7) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R5R8) attached hereto and hereby made part of incorporated into the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R5R8) hereto.

Pursuant to SA 23SA22, Attachment B (R4R3) to the Rights Letter is hereby replaced in its entirety with the revised Attachment B (R5R4) attached hereto and hereby made part of the Purchase Agreement. The revised number of certain Customer MADP rights pursuant to this Agreement are reflected in the attached Attachment B (R5R4) hereto.
