Common use of MAI Appraiser Clause in Contracts

MAI Appraiser. The three (3) selected MAI Appraisers shall each determine the Fair Market Value of the Premises and/or Facilities or applicable portion thereof within thirty (30) days of the selection of the third appraiser. Lessee shall pay the fees and expenses of any MAI Appraiser it retains pursuant to this Exhibit. Lessor shall pay the fees and expenses of any MAI Appraiser it retains pursuant to this Exhibit. Each party shall pay half the fees and expenses of the third MAI Appraiser selected by the respective MAI Appraisers selected by each of the parties.
