Common use of Mail and Other Communications Clause in Contracts

Mail and Other Communications. Each of NetEase and Youdao may receive mail, facsimiles, packages and other communications properly belonging to the other. Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’s officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to the Youdao Group in connection with the separation from NetEase, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.5 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either NetEase or Youdao to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Mail and Other Communications. Each of NetEase E-House and Youdao Leju may receive mail, facsimiles, packages and other communications properly belonging to the other. Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’s ’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to the Youdao Group Leju or its subsidiaries or VIEs in connection with the separation from NetEaseE-House, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.5 7.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either NetEase E-House or Youdao Leju to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’s ’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to the Youdao Group Weibo or its subsidiaries or VIE in connection with the separation from NetEaseSINA, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.5 7.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.8 4.9 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either NetEase SINA or Youdao Weibo to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’s officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to the Youdao Group Kaixin or its subsidiaries or VIEs in connection with the separation from NetEaseRenren, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.5 6.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.8 3.10 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either NetEase Renren or Youdao Kaixin to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’s ’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall to promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to the Youdao Group Pintec or its subsidiaries or VIEs in connection with the separation from NetEaseJimu, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.5 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either NetEase Jimu or Youdao Pintec to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party Parties to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the any other Party or any of the other Party’s Parties’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to the Youdao Group Changyou or its subsidiaries or VIEs in connection with the separation from NetEase, if any, Sohu (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other relevant Party as provided for in Section 7.5 6.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either NetEase Sohu or Youdao Changyou to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the any other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’s ’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to the Youdao Group CRIC or its subsidiaries or VIEs in connection with the separation from NetEaseE-House, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.5 7.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either NetEase E-House or Youdao CRIC to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’s ’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to the Youdao Group Yirendai or its subsidiaries or VIE in connection with the separation from NetEaseCreditEase, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.5 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either NetEase CreditEase or Youdao Yirendai to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.
