Common use of Mail and Other Communications Clause in Contracts

Mail and Other Communications. Each of SINA and Weibo may receive mail, facsimiles, packages and other communications properly belonging to the other. Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo or its subsidiaries or VIE in connection with the separation from SINA, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA or Weibo to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Mail and Other Communications. Each of SINA NetEase and Weibo Youdao may receive mail, facsimiles, packages and other communications properly belonging to the other. Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ ’s officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo or its subsidiaries or VIE the Youdao Group in connection with the separation from SINANetEase, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 7.5 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA NetEase or Weibo Youdao to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo Leju or its subsidiaries or VIE VIEs in connection with the separation from SINAE-House, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA E-House or Weibo Leju to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo Yirendai or its subsidiaries or VIE in connection with the separation from SINACreditEase, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 7.5 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA CreditEase or Weibo Yirendai to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ ’s officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo Kaixin or its subsidiaries or VIE VIEs in connection with the separation from SINARenren, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 6.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 3.10 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA Renren or Weibo Kaixin to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo CRIC or its subsidiaries or VIE VIEs in connection with the separation from SINAE-House, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 4.8 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA E-House or Weibo CRIC to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Mail and Other Communications. Each After the Effective Date, each of SINA SunEdison and Weibo SSL may receive mail, facsimiles, packages and other communications properly belonging to the other. Accordingly, each Party authorizes at all times after the Effective Date, each of SunEdison and SSL authorizes the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party party or any of the other Party’ officers party’s officers, employees or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Partyparty, the receiving Party party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset Asset transferred to Weibo or its subsidiaries or VIE SSL in connection with the its separation from SINA, if any, SunEdison (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) ), to the other Party party as provided for in Section 7.6 7.5 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 5.6 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA SunEdison or Weibo SSL to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party neither party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege attorney-client privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Mail and Other Communications. Each After the Distribution Date, each of SINA Cendant and Weibo PHH may receive mail, facsimiles, packages and other communications properly belonging to the other. Accordingly, each Party authorizes at all times after the Distribution Date, each of Cendant and PHH authorizes the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ ’s officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo or its subsidiaries or VIE PHH in connection with the its separation from SINA, if any, Cendant (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) ), to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 4.5 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 1.7 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to to, constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA Cendant or Weibo PHH to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no neither Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communicationspurposes.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages packages, and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages packages, or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo AMTD Digital or its subsidiaries or VIE in connection with the separation from SINAAMTD Parent, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA AMTD Parent or Weibo AMTD Digital to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.

Accordingly, each Party authorizes each of the other Party to receive and open all mail, telegrams, packages packages, and other communications received by it and not unambiguously intended for the other Party or any of the other Party’ officers or directors, and to retain the same to the extent that they relate to the business of the receiving Party or, to the extent that they do not relate to the business of the receiving Party, the receiving Party shall promptly deliver such mail, telegrams, packages packages, or other communications, including, without limitation, notices of any liens or encumbrances on any asset transferred to Weibo AMTD International or its subsidiaries or VIE in connection with the separation from SINAAMTD Parent, if any, (or, in case the same relate to both businesses, copies thereof) to the other Party as provided for in Section 7.6 hereof. The provisions of this Section 4.9 are not intended to, and shall not, be deemed to constitute (a) an authorization by either SINA AMTD Parent or Weibo AMTD International to permit the other to accept service of process on its behalf and no Party is or shall be deemed to be the agent of the other Party for service of process purposes or (b) a waiver of any Privilege with respect to Privileged Information contained in such mail, telegrams, packages or other communications.
