Mail Boxes and Mail System. The Association may use school and District Office mail boxes to communicate with unit members. It shall be the responsibility of the Association to place its communications in the District Office and/or school mail boxes. Sufficient copies of each District-wide Association communication to unit members must be submitted to the Superintendent at the time of the entrance of such communication into the school district mail system. The Association shall submit to the principal a copy of any communication distributed through the mail boxes at the site, except personal correspondence.
