Mail House Services. The SECTION may transmit Data Files (mailing information only) to a mail house or other service provider for the purpose of distributing SECTION messages. Prior to the sending of any data or lists, the SECTION must enter into an agreement with the vendor containing provisions for security and confidentiality similar to the terms of this Agreement.
Mail House Services. Member Society may transmit Data Files (name and postal mailing information only) to a mail house or other service provider for the purpose of distributing Member Society messages through postal mailings. Prior to sending any Data Files or information contained within the Data Files, Member Society must enter into an agreement with the vendor containing provisions for security and confidentiality substantially similar to the terms of this Agreement. Member Society is responsible for transmitting the Data Files to the mail house using reasonable security measures to maintain the security of the information.
Mail House Services. The Vendor should include in the quote a cost for:
a. Printing & mailing of single page, one sided, one color notices on Husky off-white 60# Quantities from 15000 and higher per week or 2,000,000 annually. Items b and c below may replace single page, one sided printing.
b. Printing & mailing of single page, two sided, one color notices on Husky off-white 60# Quantities from 15000 and higher per week 2,900,000 annually.
c. Printing & mailing of multiple page, two sided, one color notices on Husky off-white 60# Quantities from 3,000 and higher per week 700,000 annually.
