Mail House Services. The SECTION may transmit Data Files (mailing information only) to a mail house or other service provider for the purpose of distributing SECTION messages. Prior to the sending of any data or lists, the SECTION must enter into an agreement with the vendor containing provisions for security and confidentiality similar to the terms of this Agreement.
Mail House Services. Member Society may transmit Data (name and postal mailing information only) to a mail house or other service provider for the purpose of distributing Member Society messages through postal mailings. Prior to sending any Data or information contained within the Data, Member Society must enter into an agreement with the vendor containing provisions for security and confidentiality at least as restrictive as the terms of this Agreement. Member Society is responsible for transmitting the Data to the mail house using reasonable security measures to maintain the security of the information.
