(i) Each Related Client that is a corporation, annually after completion of the annual audited financial statement, must physically mail RRF-1 to Registry of Charitable Trusts for Corporation to ensure timely submission. (ii) Annually after completion by audit firm, physically mail Form 199 to the California Franchise Tax Board to ensure timely submission.
