Common use of Mailbox Easements Clause in Contracts

Mailbox Easements. Mailbox structures shall be installed at such locations within the Property as Declarant and the U.S. Postal Service determine to be appropriate. If mailbox structures benefiting more than a single Residential Unit are constructed or installed on Lots, an easement shall be deemed to exist over such portion of the Lot(s) on which such structures are constructed or installed so as to facilitate the use of such mailbox structure by the U.S. Postal Service, the Owners of the Residential Units to be served by such structures, and the Association. All such common mailbox structures shall be Common Areas.
