Common use of Main Duties and Sessions Clause in Contracts

Main Duties and Sessions. Except in emergencies or where otherwise agreed with your manager, you are responsible for fulfilling the duties and responsibilities and undertaking the Sessions set out in your Job Plan which is appended to this Contract at Appendix 1, as reviewed in line with the provisions in clause 6 below.
