Common use of Main Obligations of the Network Service Provider Clause in Contracts

Main Obligations of the Network Service Provider. Without prejudice to its other obligations under this Contract, the Network Service Provider shall (a) timely design, develop and implement the Network; (b) provide the Connectivity Services to the Di.Co.A. who have entered into an ESMIG Connectivity Services Agreement with the Network Service Provider at terms and conditions which are consistent with the minimum requirements set out in this Contract and in the Specifications; (c) provide the Connectivity Services to the Eurosystem in accordance with this Contract and the Specifications and to ensure that the Connectivity Services meet the Service Levels; (d) comply with all laws which are applicable to the subject matter of this Contract.
