Maintain Agents. At all times maintain a Principal Paying Agent, so long as the Notes are listed on any stock exchange or admitted to listing by any other relevant authority, an Agent (which may be the Principal Paying Agent) having a specified office in the place required by the rules and regulations of the relevant stock exchange or any other relevant authority, a Registrar and a Transfer Agent in accordance with the Conditions.
