Maintain Authorizations. Each party will use all reasonable efforts, including the maintenance of records and provision of notices, to maintain in full force and effect all consents, licenses or approvals of PJM and of any Governmental Authority or other authority that are required to be obtained by it with respect to this Agreement and the Security Agreement and its obligations hereunder and thereunder and will use all reasonable efforts to obtain any that may become necessary in the future.
