Maintain Listing or Quotation. Vail hereby covenants and agrees that it shall use its best efforts to maintain its listing of Vail Securities on any securities exchanges on which Vail Securities are listed in the future pursuant to Section 7.5 hereof and to maintain its quotation of Vail Securities on any automated quotation systems on which Vail Securities are quoted in the future pursuant to Section 7.5 hereto.
