Maintain Relationships. During the period from the date of this Agreement to the Closing Date, the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain its relationships with all suppliers, customers and others having business relationships with the ▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇ Parties with respect to the Properties so that such relationships will be preserved for Buyer on and after the Closing Date.
