Maintaining Business. From the date of the release of the Rule 2.5 Announcement until the Effective Date, the Company shall (i) conduct its business in the ordinary course consistent with past practice or as may be required to satisfy a specific requirement of a government agency and (ii) preserve or maintain the value of the business and its assets and its relationships with its employees, all government agencies and its joint venture and other partners.
