Maintaining Competitive Business Practices. Nothing contained in this Section 2.3(e) is intended to imply or to impose any obligation on the part of O&M Contractor to pay a premium for the utilization of diverse suppliers or local suppliers. Consistent with good business practices, O&M Contractor shall fulfill these requirements while maintaining competitive prices for goods and services procured from all suppliers.
