Maintaining Confidential Information. Executive reaffirms his obligations under that certain Employee Proprietary Information and Inventions Assignment Agreement entered into between Executive and the Company (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). Executive acknowledges and agrees that the severance benefits provided in the Employment Agreement shall be subject to Executive’s continued compliance with Executive’s obligations under the Confidentiality Agreement.
