Executive reaffirms his obligations under his Employee Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement executed on December 29, 2006 (the “Confidentiality Agreement”). Executive acknowledges and agrees that the payments provided in Section 4 shall be subject to Executive’s continued compliance with Executive’s obligations under the Confidentiality Agreement.
