Maintaining Current Ratios. Permit (a) the Company's Current Ratio to be less than 1.5 to 1 at any time, or (b) the Company's Current Ratio, on a consolidated basis, to be less than (i) 1.35 to 1 at any time prior to March 31, 1996 or (ii) 1.5 to 1 at any time on or subsequent to March 31, 1996, or (c) HCL's Current Ratio, on a consolidated basis, to be less than 1.5 to 1 at any time.
