Maintaining Job Evaluation System. (a) Amendments may be made to the Job Evaluation System (including questionnaire, job evaluation tool, benchmark positions and written rationales for benchmark positions) by the Employer provided the changes are reasonable and in good faith. (b) If the Union disputes a change to the Job Evaluation System, it may file a policy grievance under Article 27.08. (c) There will be regular reviews of the Job Evaluation System and its application by the Employer and/or by external consultants of the Employer. It is expected that these reviews will take place every three to five years, but the frequency may vary. (d) Before making a change to the Job Evaluation System, the Employer shall share with the Union's ERO its conclusions in regard to any proposed changes, including changes arising from any report of external consultants.
