Maintaining Regulatory Permit. Permittee shall continuously maintain its Regulatory Permit. Permittee agrees that it has an obligation to annually renew its Regulatory Permit pursuant to the terms of Stanislaus County Code Chapter 6.78. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent the County from denying or conditionally approving the renewal of a Commercial Cannabis Business Regulatory Permit, revoking such permit, or amending Chapter 6.78 or its implementing regulations in a manner that would impose stricter requirements on existing or to-be-issued Regulatory Permits.
