Common use of Maintaining Reserves Clause in Contracts

Maintaining Reserves. to establish and maintain reserves for withdrawals by Members, to pay expenses of the Company pursuant to Article VII and for similar purposes, and to invest such reserves in Securities, including, but not limited to, money market funds, money market instruments, government obligations, custodial receipts, certificates of deposit, time deposits and bankers' acceptances, commercial paper, master demand notes, short-term corporate debt securities and repurchase agreements; and
