Maintaining the PSS. In General. Throughout the term of the Master Agreement, on a quarterly basis, Contractor may update the PSS to make model changes, add new products or services, or remove obsolete or discontinued products or services. Any updates to the PSS must conform to the Master Agreement requirements, including the scope of the Master Agreement and contracted minimum discounts.

On an exception basis and with written approval from the Lead State, Contractor may update the PSS more than once a month.
