Common use of Maintenance and Accuracy of Records Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Accuracy of Records. Both parties agree to maintain appropriate financial and administrative records related to the services provided and claims processed and paid under this Agreement and in accordance with applicable federal and state laws and regulations in an accurate and timely manner. All such records shall be maintained for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of the making of the record.
