Common use of Maintenance and Enforcement Costs Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Enforcement Costs. Licensor shall pay any costs required to obtain and maintain, and to protect and enforce, the Marks and Names, including, without limitation, trademark and service xxxx fees, license recordation and registered user fees, costs associated with legal actions against alleged infringers, and costs incurred in other enforcement proceedings deemed appropriate by Licensor.
