Maintenance and Inspection of Books. The Partnership shall maintain a complete and accurate set of books, records, and supporting documents. The books of account and all other financial records of the Partnership shall be kept at the Partnership's principal place of business, and may be inspected at any reasonable time by the Limited Partners or their representatives.
