Common use of Maintenance and Inspection of Tangible Properties Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Inspection of Tangible Properties. Maintain all of ------------------------------------------------- its material tangible Properties in good repair and condition, ordinary wear and tear excepted; make all necessary replacements thereof all as may be reasonably necessary so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be properly conducted at all times and operate, if operated by Borrower, such Properties in a good and workmanlike manner; and permit any authorized representative or representatives of the Lender to visit and inspect any tangible Property of the Borrower.
