Maintenance and Rating Capabilities. The NTO shall comply with the provisions of this Agreement, all Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria, ISO Procedures, the local reliability rules and planning criteria of its ITO(s), and Good Utility Practice with respect to the design, maintenance and rating the capabilities of NYS Transmission System facilities.
