Maintenance and Repair; Insurance. The Borrower will use reasonable efforts to cause the Project to be maintained in a safe and sound operating condition, cause to be made from time to time all needed material repairs thereto, and cause to be maintained reasonable amounts of insurance coverage with respect to the Project.
