Common use of Maintenance and Repair; Insurance Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Repair; Insurance. The Company will maintain the Project in a safe and sound operating condition, making from time to time all needed material repairs thereto, and shall maintain reasonable amounts of insurance coverage with respect to the Project and shall pay all costs of such maintenance, repair and insurance. Evidence of insurance shall be provided to the Trustee, upon request to the Company.
