Maintenance and Return of Collateral. Party B will ensure that any return or transfer of Eligible Credit Support pursuant to paragraph 2(b) of the Credit Support Annex is paid directly to Party A and not applied in whole or in part to pay any other Secured Creditor or any other party both prior to and subsequent to any enforcement of the security constituted by the Deed of Charge.
