MAINTENANCE AND SUPPORT SERVICES WARRANTY AND DISCLAIMER. DI warrants that Maintenance and Support Services will be performed with reasonable skill and care by competent and trained personnel, and in accordance with applicable and reasonable industry standards and practices. As Customer’s exclusive remedy and DI’s sole obligation for breach of this warranty, DI shall use commercially reasonable efforts to correct defective Maintenance and Support Services at no additional charge to Customer, provided that Customer gives DI specific written notice of the defective Maintenance and Support Services within thirty (30) days after the Maintenance and Support Services are performed.
