Maintenance arrangements. 7.1 The Aircraft will be maintained in accordance with Class A standards. All personnel, procedures, equipment, workshop facilities, parts and consumables associated with the maintenance of the Aircraft will conform to maintenance data, the air legislation and regulations, and sound industry practice. 7.2 The Contractor’s Engineering Manager has been accepted by CASA as the Head of Aircraft Airworthiness and Maintenance Control and from the CAR30 Maintenance Organisation’s (Certificate of Approval holder) position the Engineering Manager is the accountable person for the provision of maintenance, i.e.

Maintenance arrangements. The Settlement System Administrator shall ensure that at all times it has in full force and effect proper arrangements for the maintenance of (and the prompt rectification of defects in) the Hardware and Software and, upon reasonable request of the Executive Committee, shall supply evidence reasonably satisfactory to the Executive Committee of the existence and nature of such arrangements. Maintenance arrangements. A.3.1 Employees appointed to principal positions that transition to a classification level that is below their current classification level will transition to the Principal classification level and paypoint that is equivalent to their current classification, and their incremental progression anniversary date will remain the same. These maintenance arrangements will retain the classification and related conditions of employment for the life of this Agreement whilst employed in the position they transition to. A.3.2 Where an employee leaves their transitioned position (including, but not limited to, appointment, transfer, EOSD, higher duties or secondment), those maintenance arrangements will cease and conditions applicable to the position to which they are being appointed will apply. A.3.3 Employees with maintenance arrangements who leave their substantive position because of EOSD, higher duties or secondment will resume their maintenance arrangements upon return to their transitioned position.
