Maintenance by the Manager. Throughout the Term the Manager will inspect, maintain, repair and replace elements of the Student Housing in order to keep the Student Housing in a good condition and state of repair, complying with health, safety and fire standards required by law. This includes, but is not limited to, inspecting and testing fire safety equipment, major appliances, electrical, bathroom fixtures and plumbing.
