Maintenance in Accordance with Law. The provisions of this Agreement relating to the maintenance of Capital Accounts are intended to comply with Treasury Regulation §1.704-1(b)(2)(iv), and any successor Treasury Regulations, and Capital Accounts shall be maintained in compliance therewith.
