Common use of Maintenance of and Access to Records Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of and Access to Records. The Servicer shall maintain each Receivable File at one of its offices specified in Schedule B or at such other office as shall be specified to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee by written notice not later than 90 days after any change in location. The Servicer shall make available to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their respective duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Receivable Files and the related accounts, records and computer systems maintained by the Servicer at such times during normal business hours as the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee shall instruct.

Maintenance of and Access to Records. The Servicer shall maintain each Receivable File solely in its capacity as Servicer at one of its (or its agents’) offices specified in Schedule B hereto or at such other office as shall be specified to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee by written notice not later than 90 within 30 days after any change in locationof an office relocating. The Servicer shall make available to the Issuer and the Indenture Trustee or their respective its duly authorized representatives, attorneys or auditors a list of locations of the Receivable Files and the related accounts, records and computer systems maintained by the Servicer at such times during normal business hours as the Issuer or and the Indenture Trustee shall reasonably instruct.
