Common use of Maintenance of and Compliance with Insurance Requirements Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of and Compliance with Insurance Requirements. Funding Recipient shall maintain or cause to be maintained at Funding Recipient’s expense the insurance coverage referred to in Exhibit B hereto. Funding Recipient shall comply with all of the applicable provisions of such insurance policies. Funding Recipient will promptly furnish the City with copies of any notice of default received by it under any of the insurance policies referred to in this Section. Nothing contained in this Section is intended to confer any rights upon any third party.
