Common use of Maintenance of Approvals Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Approvals. The Issuer shall duly obtain and maintain in full force and effect all approvals, consents or licenses of any Governmental Authority which are necessary under the laws of Brazil, the Cayman Islands or any other jurisdiction having jurisdiction over the Issuer or the Issuer’s business, assets or property, or the transactions contemplated herein, as well as of any third party under any agreement to which the Issuer may be subject, in connection with the execution, delivery and performance of this Indenture and the Notes by the Issuer or the validity or enforceability of any thereof.
