Common use of Maintenance of Approvals Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Approvals. The Borrower and its subsidiaries and affiliates will take all such further actions as shall be required to insure that all orders, consents, licenses, authorisations, validations, filings, recordings, exemptions, waivers and similar approvals from all Governmental Authorities or other third parties shall remain in full force and effect.
