Common use of Maintenance of Assets Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Assets. Maintain all of the Assets or replacements thereof and improvements thereon in current condition (ordinary wear and tear excepted), and use, operate and maintain all of the above assets in a reasonable manner, with inventories or spare parts and expendable supplies being maintained at levels consistent with past practices;
