Common use of Maintenance of Books Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Books. (a) The Managing Member shall keep or cause to be kept at the principal office of the Company or at such other location it deems necessary or appropriate complete and accurate books and records of the Company, including all books and records necessary to provide to the Members any information required to be provided pursuant to Section 3.07, Section 9.02 and Section 9.03, supporting documentation of the transactions with respect to the conduct of the Company’s business, and minutes of the proceedings of its Members and the Managing Member, and any other books and records that are required to be maintained by applicable Law.

Maintenance of Books. (a) The Managing Member Each Operator shall keep or cause to be kept at the principal office of the Company or at such other location it deems necessary or appropriate approved by the Series A Management Committee complete and accurate books and records of the CompanyCompany and each Series, including all books and records necessary to provide to the Members any information required to be provided pursuant to Section 3.07, Section 9.02 and Section 9.039.02, supporting documentation of the transactions with respect to the conduct of the Company’s business, and Series’ business and minutes of the proceedings of its Members and the Managing Membereach Management Committee, and any other books and records that are required to be maintained by applicable Law.

(a) The Managing Member Operator shall keep or cause to be kept at the principal office of the Company or at such other location it deems necessary or appropriate approved by the Management Committee complete and accurate books and records of the Company, including all books and records necessary to provide to the Members any information required to be provided pursuant to Section 3.07, Section 9.02 and Section 9.039.02, supporting documentation of the transactions with respect to the conduct of the Company’s business, business and minutes of the proceedings of its Members and the Managing MemberManagement Committee, and any other books and records that are required to be maintained by applicable Law.
