Common use of Maintenance of Business and Property Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Business and Property. Continue to conduct and operate its business substantially as conducted and operated during the present and preceding calendar year; at all times maintain, preserve and protect all franchises and trade names and preserve all the remainder of its property used or useful in the conduct of its business and keep the same in good repair, working order and condition, and from time to time make, or cause to be made, all needful and proper repairs, replacements, betterments and improvements thereto so that the business carried on in connection therewith may be conducted properly and advantageously at all times.
