Common use of Maintenance of Business Assets Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Business Assets. At all times maintain, preserve, protect, and keep the Credit Parties’ assets in good repair, working order, and condition and, from time to time, make all needed and proper repairs, renewals, replacements, betterments and improvements thereto, so that the business of the Credit Parties may be properly and advantageously conducted at all times and the value of the Lender’s collateral shall be preserved.

Maintenance of Business Assets.
