Common use of Maintenance of Certain Servicing Insurance Policies Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Certain Servicing Insurance Policies. The Master Servicer shall during the term of its service as servicer maintain in force (i) a policy or policies of insurance covering errors and omissions in the performance of its obligations as master servicer hereunder and (ii) a fidelity bond in respect of its officers, employees or agents. Each such policy or policies and bond shall be at least equal to the coverage that would be required by FNMA or FHLMC, whichever is greater, for Persons performing servicing for loans similar to the Home Loans purchased by such entity.
