Common use of Maintenance of Certain Servicing Insurance Policies Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Certain Servicing Insurance Policies. The Servicer shall, during the term of its service as Servicer, maintain in force and effect (i) a policy or policies of insurance covering errors and omissions in the performance of its obligations as Servicer hereunder and (ii) a fidelity bond in respect of its officers, employees or agents. Each such policy or policies and fidelity bond shall be at least equal to the coverage that would be required by Xxxxxx Xxx or Xxxxxxx Mac, whichever is greater, for Persons performing servicing for mortgage loans purchased by such entity. The Servicer shall furnish a copy of such policy or policies and/or fidelity bond to the Enhancer upon the Enhancer's reasonable request therefor.
