Maintenance of Confidentiality by Title Company. Except as may otherwise be required by law or by this Agreement, the Title Company will maintain in strict confidence and not disclose to anyone the existence of this Agreement, the identity of the parties hereto, the amount of the Purchase Price, the provisions of this Agreement or any other information concerning the transactions contemplated hereby, without the prior written consent of Purchaser and Seller in each instance.

Maintenance of Confidentiality by Title Company. Except as may otherwise be required by law or by this Agreement, the Title Company will maintain in strict confidence and not disclose to anyone the existence of this Agreement, the identity of the parties hereto, the amount of the Purchase Price, the provisions of this Agreement or any other information concerning the transactions contemplated hereby, without the prior written consent of Purchaser and Seller Sellers in each instance.
