MAINTENANCE OF CORPORATE EXISTENCE AND BUSINESS. A. The Contractor, if incorporated, shall at all times maintain its corporate existence and authority to transact business and be in good standing in its jurisdiction of incorporation and the State of Texas. B. The Contractor shall maintain all licenses, permits and franchises necessary for its businesses where the failure to so maintain might have a material adverse effect on its ability to perform its obligations under this Contract.
