CONTRACTOR shall at all times maintain its corporate existence and authority to transact business and good standing in its jurisdiction of incorporation and the State of Florida. CONTRACTOR shall maintain all licenses, permits, and franchises necessary for its businesses where the failure to so maintain might have a material adverse effect on CONTRACTOR’s ability to perform its obligations under this Contract. CONTRACTOR shall provide this information to the Bureau, the On-Site Contract Monitor, or other authorized personnel as requested.
