Maintenance of Corporate Existence, Rights. Borrower will do or cause to be done all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its existence, franchises, rights and privileges as a corporation under the laws of Florida and will do or cause to be done all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its right to own property and operate all aspects of its business in a manner not less favorable to it than those now in existence. Borrower will comply in all material respects with all requirements applicable to it under the laws or regulations of the United States, of any state or states and of any other governmental authority.

Maintenance of Corporate Existence, Rights. Borrower will do or cause to be done all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its existence, franchises, rights and privileges as a corporation under the laws of Florida Nevada and will do or cause to be done all things necessary to preserve and keep in full force and effect its right to own property and operate all aspects of its business in the State of Florida in a manner not less favorable to it than those now in existence. Borrower will comply in all material respects with all requirements applicable to it under the laws or regulations of the United States, of any state or states and of any other governmental authority.
