Common use of Maintenance of Existence and Rights; Conduct of Business Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Existence and Rights; Conduct of Business. Company will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, preserve and maintain its corporate existence and all of its rights, privileges and franchises necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, and conduct its business in an orderly and efficient manner consistent with good business practices and in accordance with all valid regulations and orders of any Governmental Authority.

Maintenance of Existence and Rights; Conduct of Business. Company will, and It will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, preserve and maintain its corporate existence and all of its rights, privileges privileges, licenses, permits, franchises and franchises other rights necessary or desirable in the normal conduct of its business, and conduct its business in an orderly and efficient manner consistent with good business practices and in accordance with all valid regulations and orders of any Governmental Authoritypractices.
