Common use of Maintenance of Existence Clause in Contracts

Maintenance of Existence. Borrower will maintain and preserve its existence and assets and all rights, franchises, licenses and other authority necessary for the conduct of its business and will maintain and preserve its property, equipment and facilities in good order, condition and repair. Bank may, at reasonable times, visit and inspect any of the properties of Borrower.

Maintenance of Existence. Bank may, at reasonable times, visit and inspect any of the properties of BorrowerBorrower and its Subsidiaries.

Bank may, at reasonable times, visit and inspect any of the properties of BorrowerBorrower and its Subsidiaries.
